How far do you travel?
Our base is Central Texas. Tell us the event location and we will include any travel costs in your written estimate.
Is the date reserved when I submit the form?
No. Requests are reviewed first. A date is only confirmed once availability, a signed agreement and the required deposit have been verified.
Can I build a custom photo and video package?
Yes. Include the desired coverage hours, crew needs and deliverables in your request. We will prepare an itemized proposal.
How do I receive my finished files?
When your project is ready, your coordinator can provide access through the private client portal and an approved delivery link.
Can I rent production equipment?
Equipment rentals are handled by request only. Internal production equipment is not publicly rentable unless Prime Cut explicitly approves and confirms availability.
