What we collect and why
Prime Cut Studios uses the contact information, production requirements and professional materials you provide to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, coordinate projects and review casting applications. Client accounts provide private access to assigned projects and delivery links. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Clients and project communication
Authorized team members access information needed for their work. Project updates, messages and explicit decisions are recorded with dates. Internal notes are kept separate from client-visible updates. Account preferences do not subscribe you to marketing. Do not send payment card numbers, government identification, banking information or other unnecessary sensitive data.
Castings and the private talent bank
Applying to a casting authorizes evaluation of that application and contact about that casting. It does not automatically enroll you in the talent bank. Where offered, joining the bank for future productions and sharing professional materials in private client selections are separate, optional choices. Both are unchecked by default. Applications are limited to adults aged 18 or older.
The full bank is available only to authorized internal administrators. Clients see only professional selections assigned to their own projects, with current permission and an expiration date. Phone, email and internal notes are excluded. Casting or talent-bank permission does not authorize publication in advertising, use in our portfolio, AI training or a general transfer of image rights.
Withdrawals and requests
Talent-bank members can use their private preferences link to withdraw permission or pause availability. Withdrawal prevents new selections and removes access to existing selections on this platform. We cannot remotely erase materials a recipient already viewed or saved. Lost links, corrections and deletion requests can be handled through the studio's contact form. Signed-in clients can submit correction, export and deletion requests from their profile where available.
Service providers and private links
The application uses Vercel for hosting and Supabase for database and file storage. Google Drive, Adobe Lightroom and Blackmagic Cloud may host materials linked to a project. These providers process information necessary for their services and have their own privacy and sharing settings. An external delivery link remains subject to the provider's permissions. Keep private access links confidential.
Retention and deletion
We retain inquiries, applications, project records and consent history while needed for the stated service, outstanding requests, contractual or legal record requirements and security. Requests for removal are reviewed by category; any information that must remain and the reason will be explained. Removing a talent-bank permission is separate from removing a casting application or past contract records. No automatic deletion deadline is promised by this page.
Security and contact
Private records require server-verified authorization. Limited technical records, including hashed originating IP addresses, help prevent abusive submissions. Hosting providers may maintain their own technical logs. To request access, correction, export or removal, use the contact form. Please describe the request without submitting sensitive identification.
